Shipping Deadline

To ensure Next Day and/or Overnight delivery your order must be placed by 3:00PM CST the day before.

Our Shipping Schedule

We ship 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday. All Overnight & 2nd Day orders placed Monday through Thursday before 3:00 PM CST, and on Friday before 10:00 AM CST will ship on the same day (orders placed on Friday after 10:00 AM EST, will ship on the first business day in the following week). All other orders ships within 1 business day - unless indicated otherwise on the receipt of your order.

We ship products across the U.S. and Canada (as described below). We do not currently ship orders outside the U.S. and Canada.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes will be granted only upon request, certain restrictions apply, please call customer service for details.

Out of Stock Items

If you place a pre-order for a product, or order an out of stock item, our customer service will contact you as soon as we receive such products from our suppliers. Island Divers will pay the standard (ground) shipping charges on all such orders per our free shipping policy applicable at the time of placing your order.

Special Order Items

If we do not normally have a product in stock, please contact our customer service and they will do their best to order the product for you. Special orders are final sale and non-refundable and their delivery time will depend on our fulfillment center receiving the product from the manufacturer.

Cancelling an Order

If an order has not shipped, you can cancel this order at any time by contacting our customer service, or from My Account on islanddivers.com. If an order has already shipped, then it will be your responsibility to pay the complete shipping and handling charges for returning the products back to Island Divers. You will still need to obtain an RMA before any returns and use the return address that is included with your shipping slip and the RMA.

Shipping of Items That Require a Signature

A signature might be required for certain shipments upon receipt. Someone must be at the address to receive the package and sign for it. 'Signature Required' will be displayed on the shipment confirmation email that you will receive after such items are shipped.

Qualifying Items

    - Applies to orders with qualified items totalling greater than $99

    - Any items marked "This item ships free" is eligible for free shipping.

Order With Free Shipping From Island Divers

To place an order online, do the following:

1. Add at least $99 of products to your shopping cart.

2. Do one of the following:

    - Place the order using the shopping cart

    - Proceed to checkout

    - Select a single U.S. shipping address

    - Free ground shipping will automatically be added to your order (you have the option to upgrade to a faster shipping speed).

Free Shipping Conditions

    - Applies to U.S. delivery addresses in the 48 contiguous states only

    - Excludes PO Boxes or APO FPO addresses

    - Offer applies to GROUND shipping rates only

    - May be used in conjunction with promotional offers

    - Changing your order, your shipping address, speed, or preference might affect your order's eligibility for "FREE SHIPPING"

    - We reserve the right to change or discontinue Free Shipping policy at any time.
