Return and Exchange Policy
Returning New and Unused Products
You have an industry leading 365 days from the date of your purchase to return a new product for a full refund! All returns and exchanges must be in new, unused and unregistered condition and include original product packaging.
If the sealed package has been opened, but the item is unused, then you are eligible for store credit for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. A 10% re-stocking fee will be levied.
Unless the products that you received were defective or damaged when you received them, you will be responsible for the shipping charges for returns and exchanges - the original shipping charges are not refunded.
If a product that you received was defective, damaged in shipping, or different from what you ordered, please Contact Us immediately. We will do our best to rectify any issues. We will cover return shipping if we are notified of any issues before you return the product and we issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please also see our full Terms and Conditions.
Returning Used Products
An assessment will be made based on the condition of the product and you will receive store credit based on a fair trade in price for a used product for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
Refunds are issued in form of store credit only and a 10% re-stocking fee will be applied.
Return and Exchange Instructions
Sign in to your Island Divers account within 90 days from the date your order arrives, go to your order history and follow the steps to set up a return.

Credit card refunds are credited back to the card used for the original purchase. It can take 3-5 business days to process a return after it arrives at our distribution center. You'll receive an email confirmation when your return is received.
Island Divers is not responsible for any damage or loss of returned packages and we suggest that you insure the returned package(s) through the carrier. We cannot process refunds on damaged items; damaged items will be returned to the customer via ground shipping.
Before sending any item(s), you must go through the online return process or call to get prior authorization, regardless of reason, to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Island Divers cannot accept returned merchandise without an RMA. The RMA number should be written on the shipping label or visible on the shipping box.
Please note that third-party shippers, such as UPS Store, FedEx Kinko's, Mailbox Etc., and similar companies, may add charges to normal ground shipping costs. Island Divers does not reimburse these charges. Please Do Not return any items COD; our returns department cannot accept COD returns.
Any parts that have been installed (or damaged while attempting to install) and/or used in any manner will not be accepted for return.
Unless defective when you received them, discontinued products are not returnable. Videos and DVD's must be unopened and in original packaging.
All closeout and clearance merchandise sales are final and cannot be refunded. Exchanges or manufacturers defect are acceptable.
